At this time, all items sold on are final sale and non-returnable. We want you to be thrilled with your notebooks and journals and such, so if for whatever reason you are not pleased, send us an email at   and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.

My notebooks/journals arrived damaged. Next steps?
If your item arrives damaged please email us immediately (within 36 hours) at   . At that time, we’ll make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. In certain instances, we may ask you to complete a damage claim form in order to more effectively process the return of the damaged goods.
