Happiness is not something that you can buy or find outside of yourself. Happiness comes from inside, from good thoughts, good speech and good actions.
This journal can help you be mindful of your happiness and the happiness of others, and help you keep focused on being the best possible you.
Karma is the sum total of your good and bad thoughts, words, and actions. This journal is a place to keep track of your good karma, your good thoughts, the good things you say, and the good deeds you do.
By putting your focus on maintaining good karma and generating new good karma, your are also atoning for old bad karma and preventing new bad karma from arising. This journal helps you maintain that focus and make the right effort.
Each day, jot down what kindness you have done: the good thoughts you have had, the good words you have spoken, the good deeds you have done.
This is a five year journal. If you miss a day, week, month, year, or years . . . it is not a problem. What's that old saying? Keep on trucking. Open up to today's day and continue on.
In the Five Year Good Karma Journal there is one page for each day of the year. There are five entries for each date. To add an entry, go to the current date, find the first available entry space, mark down the year, and jot down a sentence or two. It's just that easy.
